Mainstream Enterprise Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Careers Hub Enterprise Coordinator to join the West of England Combined Authority’s Business and Skills team.
You will be delivering support to a caseload of schools in the West of England Careers Hub and Enterprise Adviser Network. The Enterprise Coordinator role sits at the heart of a local community of practice which helps schools improve their careers and enterprise activities and engage with the world of work.
You will drive improvements against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks by building and maintaining effective relationships with senior leaders, supporting strategic careers planning and connecting schools with Enterprise Advisers. You will work as part of the wider Careers Hub team to achieve our vision to enable systemic change within education and the labour market to deliver impactful, sustainable and strategic CEIAG (careers education, information, advice and guidance) activity to all students. We aim to achieve this by working with schools and colleges to ensure all young people in the are provided with activity that delivers the skills, information, advice and guidance they need to set high expectations and make well informed decisions about their future.
This is a fixed term appointment end date is 31st August 2021 but could be longer subject to funding.
