The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Working to the HR Business Partner as part of a small HR Team, you will be the in-house recruitment lead, responsible for managing the full recruitment process, working with the HR administrator, supporting recruitment managers from advert to the first day of the appointed candidate, and providing expert recruitment advice.
We are looking for a recruitment expert who can ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process, and review and develop techniques in attracting candidates to apply for roles. In addition to this, the post-holder will support the HR Business Partner in setting up a new Apprenticeship process, to then become WECA’s first Apprenticeship co-ordinator.

This is a fixed term contract position in the first instance to cover maternity leave, with the scope of extension in the future. It is a full time (37 hours) post however part-time (minimum of 30 hours) and flexible working will be considered.
