Financial Systems Administrator (12 months Fixed Term Contract)
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent technical and system administration skills to join the West of England Combined Authority as our new Financial Systems Administrator.
Working as part of our Finance and Procurement team, you will help them deliver effective and efficient system development undertaking a range of activities, within the following specialist work areas:
- To provide system administration support for the finance system implementation project, including systems setup, user profile maintenance, chart of accounts and checking of migrated data.
- To perform routine activities relating to the support and maintenance of finance system.
- Creation and maintenance of system training documentation, process maps, and standard operation procedures.
Hands on, methodical approach is an essential requirement together with the willingness to respond constructively to challenge and opportunity and to be able to work alone or as part of a team.
We are looking for candidates who have practical experience in finance system administration and development with knowledge of financial processes and approaches.
